A group of Opposition parliamentarians have decided to support the 20th Amendment to the Constitution, when it is presented in Parliament, State run Newspaper Sunday Observer reported.
“Nine Opposition parliamentarians in two groups have assured a leading Government politician of their support.” The newspaper reported quoting a political source.
Government need the support of minimum 2 members of the opposition to pass the 20th amendment with 2/3 majority.
