The National Building Research Organization (NBRO) has issued landslide warnings to eight districts due to the prevalent inclement weather in Sri Lanka.
The landslide early warning has been issued for several areas in the Galle, Kandy, Kegalle, Matara, Ratnapura, Matale, Nuwara Eliya, and Ratnapura districts.
The NBRO further said that the warning has been issued due to the heavy rainfall that was experienced in the areas during the last 24 hours.
