Former Sri Lankan Consul General for Sydney, Lakshman Hulugalle has passed away early this morning in Sydney due to an illness.
He was 66 years old at the time of his demice.
Lakshman Hulugalle during the war time served as the Director General of the Media Centre for National Security (MCNS).
