The SLFP led Independent Group in Parliament has decided to support the ‘NO confidence motion’ presented by the main opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya, SLFP MP Mahinda Amaraweera announced today.
Independent group consists of nearly 40 MPs in Parliament from the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP), and the 10 constituent parties of the Government.
