The deadlines on the bids concerning the national carrier, SriLankan Airlines have been extended, it was reported.
Sri Lanka’s divestiture agency said that the deadline to express interest in SriLankan Airlines was extended to April 22, 2024, from March 05, 2024.
The timeline to submit final bids of qualified investors was moved from May to August 2024.
According to Sri Lanka’s divestiture agency, the indicative timeline for Cabinet approval for any sale agreement was moved from June to September.
The selection of pre-qualified bidders has been scheduled for May 2024, while the bidder one-to-one meeting has been moved to June and the site visit to July. (NewsWire)
