The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has issued a message to mark the 65th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with Sri Lanka.
In a letter addressed to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the Russian President expressed confidence that the two countries will further comprehensively develop the Russian- Sri Lankan ties in all areas.
