Sri Lanka has seen a significant increase in the number of tourist arrivals reported for December 2021.
According to the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority, a total of 69, 941 tourist arrivals were reported in December.
This is a significant increase of 25, 647 arrivals, in comparison to the 44, 294 that was reported in November 2021.
A total of 174, 930 tourist arrivals have been reported for this year, from January 2021 to the 26th of December 2021. (NewsWire)
