Five key decisions taken at Covid Task Force meeting

Five key decisions have been taken during the meeting of the National Covid Task Force that was held under the aegis of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today. 

According to the President’s Media Division (PMD) following are the key decisions taken during the meeting:

  1. Quarantine curfew extended till 04 am on Tuesday, 21st September 2021
  2. Steps taken to keep economic centers open 
  3. Implementation of mobile vaccination centres to inoculate people above the age of 60 years
  4. Special attention to commence schools   
  5. Actions to be followed after opening the country based on health recommendations

The PMD said the discussion also focused on the progress of the vaccination drive and the future course of action. (NewsWire)
