The Sri Lanka Rupee has slightly appreciated against the US Dollar within a period of two days.
The Central Bank of Sri Lanka said the Rupee appreciated to Rs. 202. 9 yesterday (02) from Rs. 204.8 reported on Tuesday (31).
The appreciation has been reported after the Rupee had been maintained in the Rs. 200 range by the Central Bank.
The Rupee which was maintained at Rs. 202 had depreciated to Rs. 204 and has now appreciated back to Rs. 202.
However, the US Dollar is being traded at a very high price than the original rate in the black market at present. (NewsWire)
