SLMA recommendations released on vaccine criteria, 3rd dose & extending lockdown

The Sri Lanka Medical Association’s (SLMA) expert committee has issued new recommendations on the mitigation of the coronavirus pandemic in Sri Lanka. 

Issuing a three-point letter, the SLMA has proposed recommendations on the following areas:

1. Scientific vaccination criteria
2. 3rd dose of a COVID-19 Vaccine 
3. Extending the islandwide lockdown at least until 18th September 2021
