A Gazette notification has been issued imposing a maximum retail price (MRP) for 60 medicinal drugs.
The Government has amended the Medicines (Celling on Prices) Regulations of 2019 published in the Gazette Extraordinary No.2123/35 of May 15, 2019.
The medicinal drugs include Aspirin, Paracetamol, Amoxicillin+Clavulanic Acid, Azithromycin, Doxycycline, Losartan potassium, Atorvastatin, Metformin, Ibuprofen, Domperidone, Insulin Soluble Human, among others.
