Minister of Energy Udaya Gammanpila has emphasized that there is no fuel shortage in Sri Lanka.
Urging the public not to panic over a fuel shortage, he assured that there are adequate stocks in the country.
“I have repeatedly stated that if there was a fuel shortage, I would have told the nation before anybody else,” Minister Gammanpila tweeted.
Stating that he has always been truthful to the people, the Minister said he has informed them in advance about the price hike.
