Journalist Chamuditha Samarawickrama has been summoned before the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) tomorrow (14).
An investigation has been reportedly launched against Samarawickrama over several statements made with regard to the Government quarantine programme and vaccination program, during the Paththare Wisthare programme broadcasted on Hiru TV.
Chamuditha Samarawickrama told NewsWire that he was informed in this regard by the Piliyandala Police who had visited his residence.
Samarawickrama was previously questioned by the CID over a complaint he made on death threats issued to him. (NewsWire)
