The Urban Development Authority (UDA) today kicked off the construction of another multi storey car park to ease traffic congestion in Colombo.
“Today we started the construction of another multi storied car pak with facility for 450 cars at any given time. This latest multi storied car park is being built at 108, Abdul Kadar Mw, Colombo 11 ( near gold center ). The 5th large car park we started constructing this year” State Minister Nalaka Godahewa said.
UDA last year announced that 12 car parks will be built islandwide and eight of them in the city of Colombo and the remaining four car parks outside Colombo.
