Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa and Western provinces and the Galle and Matara districts during the morning.

Winds will be north-easterly and wind speed will be 25-35 kmph. Wind speed may increase up to 55 kmph at times in the sea areas off the coasts extending from Galle to Pottuvil via Hambantota, And the sea areas off the coasts extending from Colombo to Kankasanthurai via Puttalam.
