The Archdiocesan Committee for Justice to Easter Sunday Attack Victims has issued a fresh statement ahead of the 2nd anniversary of the 2019 Easter Sunday terror attacks.
In the statement, the Archdiocese of Colombo warned that anyone who fails to carry out his or her responsibilities to ensure law and order is encouraging or assisting criminal behavior.
