Sri Lanka Coconut Development Authority has taken a decision to allow the import of White Coconut Kernel.
According to Newsfirst, Director of the Coconut Development Authority P. Edirimanne said that this step was taken due to the high demand for Coconut in the county at the moment and to reduce the problems faced by people engaged in coconut related industries.
He further stated that Forzen Coconut Kernel is to be imported from India, Vietnam and The Philippines. (NewsWire)
