A news has emerged from Thambutthegama of a person convicted of murder, committing another murder just weeks after being released.
The man aged 53, spending a prison sentence of 12 years for a murder committed earlier, was released on 30th of November.
On the 8th of December, he has reportedly killed his own brother aged 37, attacking him with a pole after an argument.
The suspect has later surrendered himself to the Thambuththegama Police station on the same day. Divaina newspaper reported. (NewsWire)
