A number of unused vehicles and equipment worth millions have been found abandoned at the Maga Neguma Road Construction Equipment Company premises.
Vehicles, including cars, double cabs, Jeeps, tipper trucks, excavators and bulldozers, and other costly equipment are reported to have been kept at the two office premises without being utilized.
Minister of Highways Johnston Fernando has instructed the Chairmen of the Road Development Authority and Maga Neguma Road Construction Equipment Company to immediately repair and recondition the vehicles and equipment in order to prevent it from getting further ruined. (NewsWire)
