A top level Chinese delegation of 26 members led by former Chinese Foreign Minister and current Communist Party Political Bureau Member Yang Jiechi arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake at 7.40 PM today
The delegation is due to call on the President, Prime Minister and other senior officials for talks during their stay.
Meanwhile today in parliament, opposition MPs questioned the Government on qurantine arrangements done for the Chinese delegation.
The Health Minister replying said that there will be no qurantine for the delagation and they will operate in a special travel bubble.
