CCTV : Underground telephone cables robbery in Biyagama

Six individuals have been arrested in connection to the robbery of underground telephone cables in Biyagama.

CCTV footage shows a group of men stealing the underground cables with the use of a lorry in the middle of the night. (NewsWire)
