Sri Lanka cricketer Kusal Mendis has been arrested by the Panadura -North Police in connection to an accident in Panadura.
The Police said the vehicle driven by Kusal had collided with a 64 year- old cyclist, killing the man.
The accident had occurred near the 13th KM post in the Horethuduwa area in Panadura at 5.30 a.m. today.
The Police said Kusal Mendis has been produced before a Doctor for an examination and will later be produced before court. (Newswire)
