Former Sri Lankan Cricket Captain Kumar Sangakkara says the former Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage must present his match fixing evidence to ICC so it could be investigated.
2011 Cricket World Cup Final between India & Sri Lanka was fixed, said Former Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage in an interview with News 1st earlier today.
“Former Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage needs to take his “evidence” to the ICC and the Anti Corruption and Security Unit so the claims can be investigated throughly.
It is baffling that he waited so long to open up about something this serious in such a casual manner.
If memory serves well, he was the then Sports Minister too.” Sangakkara said.
