An army soldier who was found unconscious closer to the Dambulla public toilet, has died when he was being taken to the Dambulla hospital, Dambulla Police states.
According to the police records, the soldier was found in an unconscious state in front of the public toilet of the Dambulla main bus stand and was admitted to the hospital about 30 minutes later.
“Due to CoronaVirus fears no one went near him, Only after nearly 30 minutes 2 individuals took him to hospital” Area resident told media.
Dambulla police is inquiring into this incident to find out the cause of death of this soldier.
