4 Covid19 patients were identified today (30) at 6.30 PM taking the total infected patient count in Sri Lanka to 653.
507 patients are now in Hospitals around the country.
4 patients identified today are from Oluvil quarantine center, they are from Ja-Ela Suduwella area. With these 4 patients, Patients count in Gampaha District increased to 51.
Meanwhile Police Spokesperson today confirm that no police officer has been diagnosed with Covid19 so far. He said that group police officers were subjected to PCR tests and all of them tested negative. Police officers in the high risk areas will be continuously tested in order to make sure they don’t spread the virus to general public, Police Spokesperson added.
