Sri Lanka Police has announced that the ‘Inspector General of Police’s (IGP) Public Relief Day’ programme will resume this week.
Issuing a statement, the Police said that the programme will be held every Friday at the Police Headquarters, except on public holidays.
The Police further said that the programme which was halted due to the Covid pandemic will resume from this Friday, December 15, 2023.
The programme will allow the public to meet high-ranking Police officers, including the IGP, to find solutions to unresolved complaints. (NewsWire)
