The Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly depreciated against the US Dollar today (August 17) compared to yesterday, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
Accordingly, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 314.45 to Rs. 314.78, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 327.82 to Rs.327.87.
The Rupee has slightly appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies including Gulf currencies, while it has depreciated against the Sterling Pound. (NewsWire)
