The Cabinet has approved the recruitment of 5450 graduates to the teaching service, according to Education Minister Susil Premajayantha.
This decision aims to address the shortage of qualified teachers and improve the quality of education in the country. The selected graduates will undergo training to equip them with necessary skills for their roles as educators.
