The Bribery Commission of Sri Lanka informed the Colombo High Court today that all charges filed against former MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena in connection to the Mihin Lanka corruption case has been withdrawn.
Former MP Sajin de Vaas Gunawardane told NewsWire that the Bribery Commission informed this to the court when a case filed by him against the Commission was taken up for hearing today.
“At the juncture when objections were to be filed, the Bribery Commission withdrew all charges,” Sajin de Vaas Gunawardane said.
He said they withdrew all charges today as this was a totally fabricated case by then Director General Dilrukshi Wickramasinghe. (NewsWire)
