Faculty of Management and Finance Teachers’ Association of the University of Colombo has expressed its displeasure over the appointment of Venerable Muruththetuwe Ananda Thero as the Chancellor of the University of Colombo.
The Association has issued a 04-point statement citing the reasons for it to object to the appointment made by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
Following is the statement issued by the Faculty of Management and Finance Teachers’ Association of the University of Colombo:
