Key Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) activist Apsari Thillakaratne was appointed as a Coordinating Secretary to Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday (23).
Thilakaratne sharing a statement on her official Facebook account said she was handed the letter of appointment yesterday.
Apsari Thilakaratne who is the wife of former cricketer Hashan Thilakaratne also serves as the Coordinating Officer (Development) of the Sri Lankan women’s cricket team. (NewsWire)
