An Army captain and three soldiers of the Kallar camp in Serunuwara have been arrested by Norochcholai police yesterday over an abduction and assult incident.
Victim was abducted and assulated by the group reportedly on 30th June.
Army Commander had initiated an investigation after the complain and Military Police had apprehended the suspects and handed over them to Police.
