The Ceylon Bank Employees’ Union and several other banking trade unions are also supporting today’s Harthal.
The Union said several public and private banks across the country will be closed due to the Harthal conducted by trade unions.
Several private banks have also announced its decision to restrict several of its services due to the Harthal.
