The Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) says it strongly condemns the recent killing of two suspects in police custody, namely Melon Mabula alias ‘Uru Juwa’ and Tharaka Perera Wijesekera alias ‘Kosgoda Tharaka’ which has occurred in the last two days.
