The police officers attached to the Dam Street Police Station have apprehended a racket involved in supplying narcotics to bus drivers and conductors in the Colombo Fort Area.
According to the police, several drivers and conductors of buses operating from the Fort area are consuming narcotics daily while on duty.
The police have apprehended the man suspected of supplying the narcotics, along with several bus employees who purchased the drugs from him. (NewsWire)
