The public can now verify details pertaining to their electricity bill via the electricity bill calculation website https://eleccal.numbers.lk/
According to numbers.lk, the revised electricity tariff for 90 units has increased to Rs. 4,543.59.
In a Twitter message, numbers.lk pointed out that electricity charges for 90 units was Rs. 861 six months ago.
It further pointed out that the usage of one extra unit after the usage of 90 units will result in the electricity bill increasing by Rs. 923.08, with a total bill of Rs. 5,466.67. (NewsWire)
