Mongolia received more than 238,000 doses of Covid vaccine since July last year including the AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines, among 92 countries under the “Covax” program. Under the program, the United States has donated more than $ 4 billion, compared to other countries, and the vaccines are distributed equally to countries without any political influence or gratuitous. Mongolia is currently preparing to withdraw another one million doses of vaccine by the end of the year.
In an interview with A24 M.Yanjinkhand – Nurse at the Bayanzurkh District Health Center said “Since May 29, the Pfizer vaccine has been administered for 14 days under the Covax program. The vaccine is available for pregnant and lactating women with special indications, people with chronic illnesses, and serious illnesses in-home care. In the past 14 days, 1,763 people have been vaccinated.
Munkhbat a Citizen said- “It’s been more than a month since I received the full dose of AstraZeneca vaccine produced under the Covax program. I have no side effects. I think it’s a very good vaccine. AstraZeneca is made in India. I think it is a highly effective vaccine that protects against the virus.

It is required to bring the baby a pink book and the child’s birth certificate to prove that they are breastfeeding when it comes to the vaccination. It has been 20 minutes since I have been vaccinated. At this moment, I feel okay.”
