160 Covid patients have been detected from the Dehiwela and Ratmalana areas during the second wave of the coronavirus in Sri Lanka.
The Dehiwala- Mount Lavinia Municipal Council said that 90 patients were detected from Dehiwela, while 70 cases were found in Ratmalana.
The patients were detected following a total of 2139 PCR tests conducted in both areas as of yesterday (03).
Speaking to NewsWire, Dehiwela-Mount Lavinia MC member Kris Balthazar requested public to avoid public gathering and to strictly follow the health guidelines. (NewsWire)
