“Hela” Medicine Man Dhammika Bandara says that he has suspended issuing of his ‘Covid preventive syrup’ with immediate effect.
He has announced this following a meeting with Kegalle District Secretary and upon his instructions. It is reported that he has been advised not to go ahead with the distribution the syrup until the medical reports on the same are received.
Earlier today thousands of people flocked to Dr. Dhammika’s shrine after he announced that he is distributing the syrup for 5000 people free of charge.
The concoction is promoted by Shaman and “Hela” Medicine Man Dhammika Bandara and was brought to the media spotlight after it was tasted by Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi.
