The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Sep. 01) compared to yesterday.
At Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs.312.88 to Rs. 311. 42 and from Rs. 327.58 to Rs. 326.05, respectively.
According to Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 313.72, while the selling rate also is unchanged at Rs. 326.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs.314 to Rs. 312 and from Rs. 325 to Rs. 323, respectively. (NewsWire)
