The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar in commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Mar 11), compared to last Thursday.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 302.05 to Rs. 301.31 and from Rs. 312.57 to Rs. 311.84, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 301.89 to Rs. 301.15, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 311.75 to Rs. 310.50.
Meanwhile, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 303 to Rs. 302.50 and from Rs. 312 to Rs. 311.50, respectively. (NewsWire)
