The Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar today served charges on 24 suspects accused over the Easter Sunday terror attacks.
The Attorney-General had filed 23,270 charges against the suspects.
The charges filed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act include conspiring to murder, aiding and abetting, collecting arms and ammunition, and attempted murder.
The case was filed against 25 accused, however, accused number 15 was not produced in court on Monday (4) as he was infected with COVID-19.
The court today decided to begin the hearing of the case from November 23, 2021. (NewsWire)
