Two suspects including the owner of the car that was driven recklessly on the Southern Expressway have been arrested by the Gelanigama Tourist Police Division, Traffic and Road Safety Director SSP Indika Hapugoda said.
Apart from the reckless driving, vehicle owner is also facing charges of not properly transfering the ownership of the vehicle, Police said. (NewsWire)
