Five foreign women and the manager of a brothel have been arrested from De Saram road in Mount Lavinia.
Police said that a raid was carried out yesterday (29) by officers from the Walana Anti-Corruption Unit, based on information received.
The foreign women are reportedly Indonesian nationals and the manager is a resident from Kurunegala area.
The arrested suspects are to be produced to Mount Lavinia Magistrates Courts today (30). Mt Lavinia police are conducting further investigations. (NewsWire)
