3 persons were killed when the vehicle they were travelling in veered off the road and crashed into a parapet wall near the Air Force Camp in Ekala, Ja-Ela, police said.
The victims were 48,49 & 64 year old residents of Kotugoda, Pamunugama and Raddolugama.
Meanwhile another 2 people died following collision between a motorcycle and a tipper truck in Pudaluoya, Police said.
