The Department of Examinations has announced minor changes to the timetable of the 2023 G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
Commissioner General of Examinations Amith Jayasundara said a few changes had to be made to the A/L examination timetable due to the Korean Language being added as a new subject.
He further said that the amended timetable is indicated in the examination admission card provided to the applicants.
Amith Jayasundara advised all exam applicants not to use the previous exam timetable, while also pointing out that some websites may display the incorrect schedule.
“There is a separate section on your admission paper. In that section, the date and time slots for each subject, the subject number and the medium [of instruction] have been mentioned. That is enough. You don’t need to search for anything else about the timetable”, he told the media, commenting on the amended exam timetable.
The 2023 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination is scheduled to be held from 04 to 31 January 2024. (NewsWire)
