The Catholic Bishop’s Conference has urged the government to take ‘immediate action’ to prosecute those against who criminal charges are levelled in Presidential Commission of Inquiry in relation to Easter Sunday Attacks.
The Catholic Bishop’s Conference have also appealed for the Attorney General to be given ‘full power and freedom’ to prosecute perpetrators.
“We have been made to understand that 22 sensitive documents have been withheld from the attorney general and we feel that these documents should be given to him as soon as possible” The Catholic Bishop’s Conference said. (NewsWire)
