Politicians have bid farewell to State official Chulananda Perera, who voluntarily retired two years ahead of completing his Government service.
Perera served as the head of the Immigration and Emigration Department, Director General of Customs, and Secretary to the Ministries of Telecommunication and Sports, and Industries during his tenure.
Putting aside their differences, politicians from both the current and former Government reportedly attended Perera’s farewell event which was held recently. (NewsWire)
