Health Ministry releases updated circular on qurantine measures applicable for overseas arrivals

Sri Lankan Health Ministry has released an updated circular on qurantine measures applicable for travellers arriving from overseas.

Accordingly fully vaccinated Sri Lankans and dual citizens will be allowed to undergo mandatory 14 days qurantine in their homes.

This home qurantine facility is not applicable for those who are arriving/ transited/ having a travel history from India, Vietnam, South Africa & South American countries in the last 14 days.

All those who arrive without getting fully vaccinated must undergo 14 day mandatory qurantine at Qurantine hotels or centers.

These measures are not applicable for tourists arriving under tourism bio safety bubble.
