The prestigious annual graduation ceremony of IDMNC International took place under the leadership of the Head of the institution, Dr Janagan Vinayagamoorthy on Saturday (Nov 11). The ceremony took place at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in two sessions in the morning and evening.
During this remarkable event, more than a thousand students were awarded degrees at the Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Higher Diploma levels. The ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs, and Constitutional Reforms, who served as the chief guest. Cabinet Minister Tiran Alles and Cabinet Minister Douglas Devananda were honoured as guests of honour. Furthermore, State Ministers Dr. Suren Raghavan and Anuradha Jayarathne were recognised as special guests.
It is worth mentioning that IDMNC International is an esteemed affiliate of the University of Buckinghamshire, New University, United Kingdom. The presence of Dr. Sarah Williams, Head of the School of Business and Law, and Mr. Mike McDermott, Head of University Partnerships, from the British University added to the significance of the occasion. Additionally, Mr. Alen Clark, Chief Academic Affairs of EdHat International, Sri Lankan Foreign Ministry Additional Secretary Ambassador Ameer Ajiwath was also present during the awarding ceremony.
As an accredited institution in Sri Lanka, IDMNC International has been associated with renowned international organisations such as Buckinghamshire New University of Great Britain and EdHat International for an extensive period of time.
